A teacher and aspirant of communication for the opposition NDC party Moro Zongo has declared that the National Association of Teachers should count him out in their upcoming strike action.
He made this pronouncement on the 21st of October, 2017 on Classic fm Saturday morning show called SMS with Papa Kwame Atoapem (Omanpanin Baakop3).
According to him, he has pledged that he is not going to partake in any of the strike action organized by Teacher whilst he has to be in the classroom teaching. He needs to teach for them to be a better person in future.
He said, “Omanpanin, I have promised that I will never take part of the strike action organized by the National Association Teachers (NAT). My duty is to teach but not to go on strike, whether I’m been paid or not I’m to teach so when teachers are on strike, I care not all I know is to go to the classroom and teach because I need to serve mother Ghana. Teaching is my Profession and politics is a game.”
